Posted September 11, 2018 07:18:33Harbor Freight Industries has announced it’s hiring a new chief engineer and engineer chief.
The company is hiring an experienced engineer and chief engineer, to work on a number of engineering and construction projects.
Hiring an experienced engineering and chief engineering is something the company has seen many times before, said Kevin Stoll, vice president of HR, in a statement.
“We’re confident in the quality of the people we are bringing in and are committed to helping the Harbor Freight team achieve their goals and objectives.”
Harbor has been hiring engineers and chief engineers for a number, including the recent construction of the Harbor Ferry, a new terminal at Pier 40 and the Harbor Access terminal, and the construction of a new freight train at the former Port of Los Angeles.
The firm’s 2017 annual report noted that it had about 30 engineers and 15 chief engineers in place.
The firm’s 2018 report noted it had around 40 engineers and 45 chief engineers.
